Committee
involvement gives you the opportunity to network with other chamber
members in a positive, creative way. MACC Committee members gain
great exposure for their business through personal contact; newsletter
articles and recognition at chamber events. Consider one of the
committees below for increasing your MACC exposure and involvement..

Club ... "the goodwill arm of the Chamber"; focuses on membership
retention.
Expo .. .annually conducts our Community/Business Expo which
is targeted for consumers & businesses.
Fundraising Committee ... plans and conducts small ongoing
projects and one large fundraiser.
Golf Outing ... organizes and oversees annual Golf Outing.
Legislative/Economic Development ... involved in legislative
issues that affect business at the local and state levels, as well
as enhancing local and regional economic development issues.
Membership ... A committee formed to work on the development
& retention of members; plays a strong role in providing input on
annual Membership Drive.
Programs ... plans the calendar year of programs and events
attended by the membership. Membership luncheons and "Business After
Hours" are examples of these activities.
Public Relations ... This committee works on media relations,
newsletter and publicity -- promoting the chamber in every way possible.
